What is this Split accounts? How does it work?
We are a community of providers and buyers of NF account subscription. We have the large number of providers who have the premium subscription. If you make a purchase, one of our provider will provide you the login credentials for the subscription
Will same account continue after renewal ?
we will try to keep the same user name and password, but it's not guaranteed as it's allocated by system on availability and first come first serve basis.
If I make payment for 1 year / more than 1 month, Will same account continue whole year
Normally same account continues for plans for more than 1 month.But we can't guarantee that the same account will continue as it depends on various factors such as availability,first come first serve basis,other members renewal time & also depends on the seller of the account. In such scenarios we will provide updated credentials.
What are the payment mode available ?
All the payment modes are available. Credit card/ debit card/ netbanking/ UPI etc, all options are available on click of payumoney. Payumoney is our payment partner.

Is this different from netf**x ?
We are not from official Netf**x. we are a community providing the Split account subscription, by bringing providers and buyers at one place.
How does it work?
One netf**x account of 799 rs is Split with 4-5 users depending on availability. Thus reducing the cost.
How it is Split with 5 members? but the max screen that can be Split is 4 right ?
It depends on the availability of the users. Our system and monitoring team automatically detects the availability and assigns the users. Sometimes some of the user cancels.
I have made the payment. I didn't got the login details for NF
System will automatically share the login credentials for NF with you. Generally it takes 10-15 Minutes to send login credentials, The maximum time is 12 Hours.
What if someone changes the password ?
? Do Not Change login Email/Password. Account contains our credit card info and hacking that is Serious Criminal Offence. Our Monitoring Team can easily recover account.
Which profile to use ?
Use only the PROFILE allocated to you. Do NOT use anyone else's profile

Can I share the login details with my friends of family
Do not share your NF login id and password with anyone, be it friends or family. Breaking Community Rules will lead to Permanent BAN with NO REFUND.
Can I watch on multiple Device
You can watch on laptop / TV / Mobile anywere. Just you have to play at one device at one time. If our monitoring team or system detect you playing on 2 or more device at same time you will be blocked with no refund.

How to find PIN for restricted content ?
Simple method to find pin: 1. go to :https://www.netflix.com/pin 2. enter the password provided 3. you will see the pin, set it to 0000, if something else
Is Sharers security deposit refundable
Sharers Security deposit is one time joining fees and is strictly non-refundable in any case
Is Sharers earning per account / per month fixed
Any policy change of Netflix can affect the sales of accounts and commissions, splitaccounts doesn't gurantees a particular amount every month / account
Will Sharers get guranteed orders every month ?
Accounts requirement can be increased or decreased depending on the sales, splitaccounts doensn't gurantees that being a parter you will be always given the order for account
My account not working, showing Restart Membership, I brought it few days back

Hi,normally complains are resolved in 1-4 hrs, Maximum time is 12-24 hrs to resolve any issue, sometimes your mail can be missed by our team , so if there is no reply after 24hrs, you can send another email. or contact us on our chat or facebook chat.

I made Yearly payment for Netflix, will any price change in Future affect my subscription
A yearly subscription guarantees access for the entire year. In the event of a price change by Netflix, the customer will be required to pay the difference in order to maintain their subscription for the remaining term. because our subscriptions are monthly paid and we charged you bases on current price calculation for 1 year.

You can buy by placing your email and contact number, after successful payment, the id and password will be shared to the email id. To renew you can follow the same method
Not received the Login id and password ?
Email and password are generated automatically as soon as the payment is received. Sometimes due to system issues, it can take up to 12 hrs. Please have PATIENCE, and DO NOT WORRY. We will give login ID/password.
How many people can watch? Can I share it with others. ?
As mentioned above, it can be watched by only ONE person at a time. No you cannot share it with others.If you want it for more than one person then you will need to buy more screens.
What if someone changes password / Email ? Whom to contact for any problem?
Only we know the credit cards details entered in subscription and have OTP access. So, even if someone changes password or even email, still we can recover account in few mins. Send us an email / whatsapp msg or live chat in such a case.
